Lastly, I also participated in, and monitored the evolution of the platform and the internal Ui- kit and Design system, by staying involved in the iterations according to the ‘Lean’ strategy. This resolved into creating a dashboard used to following the main tunnel and other key data, in order to monitor their improvements. Teaming up with a product manager and a developer, I was in charge of defining the tracking plan on the minimum valuable product (MVP) that we designed. As an external ‘contractor’, it was crusual to understand the technologies used by the company, their configurations and internal work culture to deliver the desired end-result. Achieving this goal, at this level of complexity, took skill, attention and flexibility. This version was positively received and validated by every stakeholder involved. In collaboration with two product managers, I managed to design the first live version of the user flow. I collected and interpreted the data needed for performing the task as a UX researcher. For the aim of this project I traveled to Barcelona where I interviewed account managers linked to the user segment. A big challenge where the user is allowed to set up his own campaign, and utilise the most complex technologies that Criteo offers. At the forefront of marketing technology, Criteo decided to launch a (self) service through a Saas platform. During this time I had the opportunity to participate in the launch of a Saas platform at the French unicorn, Criteo. An exciting year and an exciting mission for a UX designer.
